Netscape Communicator (4.x)
Click on Edit in the top menu bar, then click on Preferences in the pop down menu. A window will pop up with a list of options on the left. Click on Navigator, and find the Home Page Location section. Type in: http://www.northstardaily.com/index.shtml

Internet Explorer 4/5
Click on Tools in the top menu bar, then click on Internet Options in the pop down menu. A window will pop up with a few tabs on the top. Click on General and look for the section that starts out with Home Page and find the line that says Address. In this line type: http://www.northstardaily.com
Then at the bottom of the window hit the Apply button and then the OK button.
